Like most supplements, the process of taking C60 in olive oil is really rather simple. Below we’re going to go over steps to taking C60 and how you can add it your daily routine.

What Comes in Your Shipment
Before we get into the details of taking C60, let’s first go over what comes in your shipment.
- Instructions: Each shipment of C60 will come with complete instructions on how to take it. The instructions also have some additional information, including the famous study that put C60 on the map.
- Bottle of C60 in Olive Oil: This is the bottle you’ll be getting your dosage from.
- Bottle Adapter: This threaded device sits comfortably in the C60 bottle opening. It makes using the oral syringe easier to use without spilling.
- Oral Syringe: The device you’ll use to extract your C60 dose from the bottle.
- Syringe Cap: This helps protect the oral syringe when not in use.

Step 1: Unpack and Prep
The first step in taking C60 is probably the easiest. Take out everything and lay it out in front of you. Please feel free to review the included instructions now.
Then, open the bottle of C60 in olive oil. You’ll notice the top has a seal. If you notice the seal is broken or otherwise tampered with, don’t take C60 and contact us at 1 (800)275-0082. If the seal is properly in place you may now remove it.
Step 2: Insert the Adapter
The adapter has threading on the outside, an empty bottom, and a flat top. Place the empty side inside the bottle. The flat side should be facing up out of the bottle. Then, with the palm of your hand, press the adapter in. You may need to use slight pressure.
Step 3: Insert Oral Syringe
Take the oral syringe and remove the protector if need be. Then, place the oral syringe in the hole of the bottle adapter. Turn the bottle upside down and pull on the other end of the syringe. You’ll want to stop pulling once you have 5 ml in the syringe.

Step 4: Insert Oral Syringe in Mouth
In this step, you’ll insert the oral syringe in your mouth. Press down on the other end to squirt the dose into your mouth. This completes your dosage of C60 with olive oil.
Now, some people have noted that C60 has a peppery after taste. This is due to the olive oil and not the C60. If you were to take olive oil alone you’d still get this peppery after taste. Try taking a sip of water to soothe any burning feeling the olive oil leaves behind.
Other Ways to Take C60
“This all sounds great, but I’m not a fan of taking C60 in olive oil in one shot like that.” If this sounds like you, we feel you. While the antioxidant properties of C60 in olive oil are great, the process of getting them might not suit you. So why not try it with bread? It’s simple.
Follow steps 1-3 as usual. But instead of squirting it in your mouth, you’ll squirt it on a plate or small serving bowl. Then, cut up your favorite bread into small cubes. Take those small bread cubes and sop up the C60 with olive oil. Be sure to sop up all the C60 you’ve squirted out to get the full dose. Then enjoy!
